Typical 4 Bedroom Unit

These are some interior views of the apartment.  Each of the 4 students have a private bedroom with a lockable door, and access to the common areas which are shared by the four.  Each unit comes complete with washer/ dryer, microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning, and intercom system.  Water, Power, Garbage, Sewer, 2 Local Phone Lines, and Extended Basic Cable (approximately 60 channels).  Ethernet and parking are also available at an additional charge.  The unit would either be all male or female, unless rented to a group of four students who know each other in advance and specifically want to live together.

	The bedroom includes a closet as well as a twin size bed.  There is a 4 drawer wire basket dresser in each closet.
	This is the second bedroom on the first floor.  The bedrooms on each floor are separated by a bathroom.
